The customizable interface allows guests to arrange services via an in-room touchscreen tablet (ICE Bedside); mobile devices (ICE Mobile); laptop (ICE Web); or common access touchscreen device (ICE Lobby). The ICE platform has been recognized industry wide, earning Intelity the industry’s Most Innovative Hospitality Technology award in a vote by hoteliers and the Business Traveler Innovation Award for Best Travel Convenience & Efficiency Innovation. We were also awarded Best Mobile App in Hospitality for our creation of the first brand-wide, service-enabled mobile app.
